建设具有军事医学特色的内科学教学质量评价体系的探讨研究

Discussion and study on evaluation system for establishment of the teaching quality about internal medicine with military medical characteristics

提升军医大学内科学教学质量,更好服务于军事卫勤保障是军医大学教学改革的重点内容,而探索体现军事医学特色的教学质量评价体系则是提升教学质量的核心环节。本研究尝试在做好内科学基础课程建设的同时,在教学中融入空军部队特色的军事医学内容,增加相应的见实习环节,将其融合到考核体系中,同时将课程考核体系的定性指标与定量指标相结合,改进设计评价内容,合理平衡指标权重,尝试建立了适合军医大学特色的内科学教学质量评价体系并初步实施,取得了一定的效果。通过对具有军事医学特色的内科学教学质量评价体系的探索,可为提升军医大学临床医学教学质量、提升毕业学员任职能力、更好服务于部队做出有益的尝试。

Improving the teaching quality of internal medicine in the military medical university and better serving the military medical service are the key content of the teaching reform in the military medical university,while exploring the teaching quality evaluation system that reflects the characteristics of military medicine is the core link to improve the teaching quality.This research attempts to integrate the military medical content with the characteristics of the air force into the teaching while doing a good job in the construction of the basic course of internal medicine,add the corresponding practice link,integrate it into the assessment system,combine the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the course assessment system,improve the design of the assessment content,and reasonably balance the weight of the indicators.The teaching quality evaluation system of internal medicine suitable for the characteristics of military medical university has been established and initially implemented,and certain results have been achieved.Through the exploration of the teaching quality evaluation system of internal medicine with military medical characteristics,it can make a useful attempt to improve the clinical medical teaching quality of military medical universities,enhance the ability of graduates to serve the army better.
