摘要
中医外译人才是中医对外翻译传播活动的核心要素,但当前人才培养和储备与我国中医药“走出去”的规模速度不成正比。本文运用SWOT分析工具,探究影响我国中医外译人才培养的内外部因素,提出服务国家需求,加大人才培养的力度与规模;优化课程体系,改革产教融合人才培养模式;依托院校特色,促进中医外译交叉学科发展;专业融合就业,形成双向互动协同联动效应等策略,为中医外译人才的系统化培养和规模化储备提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine translation talents are the core element of traditional Chinese medicine translation and dissemination activities,but the current talent cultivation and reserve are not directly proportional to the scale and speed of China’s traditional Chinese medicine“going global”.This article uses the SWOT analysis tool to explore the internal and external factors that affect the cultivation of Chinese medicine translation talents in China,and propose to serve the needs of the country and increase the intensity and scale of talent cultivation,to optimize the curriculum system and reform the talent cultivation mode of integrating industry and education,to promote the development of interdisciplinary Chinese medicine translation according to the characteristics of the universities,and to form a two-way interactive and collaborative linkage effect by professional integration and employment.This provides a reference for the systematic cultivation and large-scale reserve of traditional Chinese medicine translation talents.
