“十四五”背景下高等中医药院校创新创业指导服务体系构建路径研究

Research on the construction path of innovation and entrepreneurship guidance service system in higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of“the 14th Five-Year Plan”

基于“十四五”中医药发展战略规划背景下,明确新形势下高等中医药创新创业指导服务体系构建的现实意义,分析当前高等中医药院校创新创业指导服务体系的现存问题,从用好创新创业课程教学主渠道、优化创新创业实践环节、加强创新创业扶持保障提出新形势下高等中医药院校创新创业指导服务体系建构的实践要求,为培养创新型中医药人才、推动中医药高等教育改革提供参考依据。

Based on the background of“the 14th Five-Year Plan”strategic planning for the development of Chinese medicine,this paper clarifies the practical significance of the construction of the guidance service system for innovation and entrepreneurship in higher traditional Chinese medicine institutions under the new situation,analyzes the existing problems of the current guidance service system for innovation and entrepreneurship in higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.The practical requirements for the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship guidance service system in higher colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine under the new situation are proposed by making good use of the main teaching channels of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,optimizing the practice links of innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthening the support and guarantee for innovation and entrepreneurship.This provides a reference basis for cultivating innovative Chinese medicine talents and promoting the reform of higher education in traditional Chinese medicine.
