Research on"Dual-Intelligence"Urban Transportation Information System

在“双智”城市发展的政策和技术背景下,文章将人—车—路一体化的综合交通主体作为研究对象,明晰了城市交通信息化过程中需要感知的要素,并且归纳总结了“双智”城市交通信息化的三大应用场景:车路协同、智慧运营和智慧管养。文章构建了“双智”城市交通信息化的体系架构,按数据流通顺序分为采集层、传输层、分析层和应用层,为“双智”城市的发展提供理论框架支撑。

Under the background of policy and technology for the development of"dual-intelligence"cities,this paper takes the human-vehicle-road integration as the research object,clarifies the elements that need to be perceived in the process of urban traffic informatization,and summarizes the"dual-intelligence"application scenarios:vehicle-road coordination,smart operation,and smart management.This paper constructs the architecture of"dual-intelligence"urban transportation informatization,which is divided into acquisition layer,transmission layer,analysis layer and application layer according to the sequence of data flow,which provides theoretical framework to support the development of"dual-intelligence"cities.
