低温氟碳乳液对丙烯酸类屋面防水涂料的改性效果实用性探究

摘要 目的:在丙烯酸类防水涂料中加入水性氟碳乳液,研究其合适的物料比,以及不同配比对防水涂料的性能的影响,发现性能更优、成本合适的氟碳丙烯酸防水涂料的配方配比。方法:将丙烯酸类防水涂料传统配方中的丙烯酸乳液和四种氟碳乳液按不同比例配比混合,不断调节配制不同乳液配比的混合乳液,测量制得样品的粘度、拉伸强度、延伸率、低温柔性。结果:(1)添加2.5%~5%的RF-101、RF-102、T-912N氟碳乳液时,成膜后的测试结果拉伸强度较高,延伸率较低,低温柔性较低,其余组在原配方中增加400目碳酸钙百分比含量后得到的效果类似;(2)在防水乳液中添加2.5%~30%的氟碳乳液的各组丙烯酸防水涂料,最高的延伸率达到了377.04%,最高的拉伸强度达到了2.326MPa,有一实验组达到了-22℃的低温柔性测试而不断裂,制成的实验膜进行干化时其延伸率和拉伸强度会出现程度不同的变化,性能符合国家标准。结论:在CF-809氟碳乳液满足改性要求的配比条件下,当氟碳乳液添加量达5%时,得到的产品低温性能有明显提高。 Objective:To add waterborne fluorocarbon lotion into acrylic waterproof coating,study its appropriate material ratio and the influence of different ratios on the performance of waterproof coating,and find out the formula ratio of fluorocarbon acrylic waterproof coating with better performance and appropriate cost.Methods:The acrylic lotion and four fluorocarbon lotion in the traditional formula of acrylic waterproof coating were mixed in different proportions,and the mixed lotion with different lotion proportions were continuously prepared.The viscosity,tensile strength,elongation and low-temperature flexibility of the samples were measured.Results:(1)When 2.5%~5%RF-101,RF-102,T-912N fluorocarbon lotion was added,the test results after film formation showed that the tensile strength was high,the elongation was low,and the low-temperature flexibility was low.The results of other groups were similar after adding 400 mesh calcium carbonate percentage content in the original formula(2)Each group of acrylic waterproof coatings added with 2.5%~30%fluorocarbon lotion in the waterproof lotion has the highest elongation of 377.04%and the highest tensile strength of 2.326 MPa.One experimental group has reached the low-temperature flexibility test at-22℃without breaking.When the experimental membrane is dried,its elongation and tensile strength will change to different degrees,and its performance meets the national standards.Conclusion:Under the condition that the ratio of CF-809 fluorocarbon lotion meets the modification requirements,when the addition amount of fluorocarbon lotion reaches 5%,the low-temperature performance of the obtained product is significantly improved.
