透明薄膜填充用纳米改性硫酸钡研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足塑料薄膜填充的需求,如何制得颗粒粒度小、分布窄、分散性好的纳米硫酸钡的产品是非常重要的。为了提高纳米硫酸钡的分散性,采用碳酸钡为原料,利用均匀沉淀法制备纳米硫酸钡粉体,考察了改性温度、改性/搅拌时间、搅拌转速、改性剂种类、改性剂用量等因素对纳米硫酸钡制备的影响,对影响粒径大小的因素进行研究。同时,为了解决纳米硫酸钡制备出现的团聚、结块现象,将小颗粒硫酸钡进行湿法改性研究,获得的优化工艺为:改性温度为60℃,改性/搅拌时间为25min,改性转速为3000rpm,改性剂用量为4%,可以制得活化度为98.81%、吸油值为20.28%的透明、稳定、分散性好的纳米硫酸钡。 In order to meet the needs of plastic film filling,it is very important to produce nano-sized barium sulfate with small particle size,narrow distribution and good dispersion.In order to improve the dispersion of nano-sized barium sulfate,nano-sized barium sulfate powder was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method using barium carbonate as raw material.The effects of modification temperature,modification/stirring time,stirring speed,type of modifier and dosage of modifier on the preparation of nano-sized barium sulfate were investigated,and the factors affecting particle size were studied.At the same time,in order to solve the agglomerating and caking phenomenon in the preparation of nano-sized barium sulfate,the wet modification of small particles of barium sulfate was studied.The optimized process was obtained as follows:modification temperature of 60℃,modification/stirring time of 25 minutes,modification speed of 3000 rpm,modifier dosage of 4%,transparent,stable,and well dispersed nano barium sulfate with activity of 98.81%and oil absorption value of 20.28%can be prepared.
