岗课赛证融合建设新型课堂——工业机器人“1+X”证书制度试点研究与实践

摘要 围绕高职院校工业机器人技术“1+X”证书制度试点这一主题,依托区域机器人产业结构及学校自身特色,以服务区域经济发展和为机器人企业输送高质量技术技能人才为目标,探索高职院校促进书证融通、优化培养方案的人才培养模式。通过打通“1+X”证书制度体系与资历框架的衔接路径,结合课证融通类课程开发,促进产教融合,提升师资水平,推动校企双元育人,培养企业认可的高质量人才,有效提高院校人才培养质量,助力高新产业快速蓬勃发展。 Focusing on the theme of piloting the"1+X"certificate system for industrial robotics technology in higher vocational colleges,relying on the regional robotics industrial structure and the characteristics of the school itself,with the goal of serving regional economic development and providing high-quality technical and skilled talents for robotics enterprises,this paper explores a talent training model for higher vocational colleges to promote the integration of documents and certificates and optimize training programs..By connecting the"1+X"certificate system with the qualification framework,combined with the development of courses related to the integration of courses and certificates,we can promote the integration of production and education,improve the level of teaching staff,promote the dual education of schools and enterprises,cultivate high-quality talents recognized by enterprises,effectively improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities,and help the rapid and vigorous development of high-tech industries.
