摘要
该文以身体活动和体育运动的视角为出发点,深入探讨了运动协调的相关定义,并从外部表现形式和内部发生机制方面进行分析。通过结合现象学、医学和力学等学科的研究成果,探析运动协调定义的演进过程。最初,运动协调被描述为身体各部分在时间和顺序上的协同。随后的研究发现,运动协调涉及更多方面,包括神经系统的调控、感觉信息的处理和学习等,这使得运动协调成为一个复杂的系统。通过进一步阐述有关运动协调的核心——运动控制的三大理论:协同作用理论(强调身体部分之间的协同调节)、最佳反馈控制理论(强调感知反馈和神经控制的重要性)、自组织理论(强调系统的自组织性和适应性),来更全面地理解运动协调的本质和机制。通过对运动协调的研究总结,为进一步促进运动领域的发展和运动技能的训练提供理论依据。
This paper takes the perspective of physical activities and sports as the starting point,deeply discusses the relevant definition of motor coordination,analyzes it from external manifestations and internal occurrence mechanisms,and analyzes the evolution of the definition of motor coordination by combining the research results of the disciplines such as phenomenology,medicine and mechanics.First,motor coordination was described as the temporal and sequential coordination of body parts.Subsequent research revealed that motor coordination involved more aspects,including the regulation of the nervous system and processing and learning of sensory information,making motor coordination a complex system.By further elaborating on the core of motor coordination—three theories of motor control:the synergy theory(emphasizing the coordinate regulation of body parts),the optimal feedback control theory(emphasizing the importance of perceptual feedback and neural control),and the self-organization theory(emphasizing the selforganization and adaptability of the system),the essence and mechanism of motor coordination are more comprehensively understood.Through the research and summary of motor coordination,it can provide theoretical basis for further promoting the development of the field of sports and the training of motor skills.
