体教融合视域下学校体育竞技人才培养的路径探索

Exploration of the Path of Sports Competition Talent Training in Schools under the Perspective of the Integration of Sports and Education

在我国体教融合的大背景下,教育与竞技体育二者结合,对学校训练、体育人才培养起到了至关重要的作用,学校作为体育人才培养主渠道的重要性逐渐凸显,竞技体育的发展也受到了越来越多人的关注。然而,在实际训练中,很多学校依然存在着训练内容不系统、训练手段落后、教练员水平低等问题,竞技体育建设也未完全融入学校体育中。基于此,从体教融合出发,通过理论研究,对当前学校竞技体育人才培养存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了针对性建议,以期为促进学校竞技体育人才培养提供参考借鉴。

In the context of the integration of sports and education in China,the combination of education and competitive sports has played a vital role in school training and sports talent training,the importance of schools as the main channel for sports talent training has gradually come to the fore,and the development of competitive sports has received more and more attention.However,in actual training,many schools still have problems such as unsystematic training content,backward training methods and the low level of coaches,and the construction of competitive sports has not been fully integrated into school sports.Based on this,from the integration of sports and education,the current problems in the cultivation of competitive sports talents in schools are analyzed and discussed through theoretical research,and targeted suggestions are put forward,in order to provide reference and models for promoting the cultivation of competitive sports talents in schools.
