妇科千金片联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Recom-binant Human Interferonα2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papilloma virus infection

目的探讨妇科千金片联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取在岐山县中医医院妇产科2020年4月至2022年6月就诊的60例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α2b治疗,观察组采用妇科千金片联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗,比较两组症状缓解时间、炎症因子水平及治疗效果。结果观察组症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染,可提升治疗有效率,缩短症状缓解时间,改善炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HPV who were treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Qishan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b,and the observation group was treated with Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b.The symptom relief time,inflammatory factor levels and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and interleukin-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection can improve the effective rate of treatment,shorten the symptom relief time,and improve the level of infla mmatory factors.
