围绝经期亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的血脂水平变化及临床意义

Change and clinical significance of blood lipid levels in per-imenopausal patients with subclinical hypothyroidism

目的探讨围绝经期亚临床甲状腺功能减退(甲减)患者的血脂水平变化及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2017年7月至2019年7月在武警新疆总队医院妇产科门诊进行激素治疗的201例围绝经期患者,其中促甲状腺素(TSH)值偏高的为亚临床甲减组(53例),TSH值正常的为对照组(148例)。比较两组血脂水平。结果亚临床甲减组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围绝经期亚临床甲减可以导致TC、TG、LDL-C升高。

Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of blood lipid levels in perimenopausal patients with subclinical hypothyroidism Methods A total of 201 perimenopausal patients who received hormone therapy in the Clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Xinjiang Armed Police Corps Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,53 patients with high thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)value were in the subclinical hypothyroidism group,and 148 patients with normal TSH value were in the control group.The blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in subclinical hypothyroidism group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism during perimenopausal period can lead to the increase of TC,TG and LDL-C.
