营养指导对儿童体格发育的影响

Effect of nutrition guidance on physical development of children

目的探讨营养指导对儿童体格发育的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月于济宁市兖州区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心进行儿童保健的86例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组(n=43)与研究组(n=43)。常规组予以常规保健,研究组予以营养指导。比较两组体格发育指标、发育商、营养性疾病发生情况及家长满意度。结果研究组体格发育指标及发育商均优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组营养性疾病总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组家长总满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论营养指导对儿童体格发育具有积极作用,可降低营养性疾病发生风险、提高家长满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition guidance on physical development of children.Methods A total of 86 children who received child health care in Yanzhou District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Jining City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the conventional group(n=43)and the research group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The conventional group was given routine health care,and the research group was given nutrition guidance.Physical development indicators,developmental quotient,nutritional disease occurrence and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The physical development indicators and developmental quotient of the research group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nutritional diseases in the research group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents in the research group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition guidance has a positive effect on children’s physical development,can reduce the risk of nutritional diseases,improve the satisfaction of parents,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
