医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式对小学生视力健康水平的影响

Effect of hospital-school-family integrated eye care model on the visual health level of primary school students

目的探讨医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式对小学生视力健康水平的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年2月于商河县人民医院眼科检查的84例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)与实验组(n=42)。对照组采用常规健康知识讲解模式,实验组采用医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式。比较两组眼保健行为、视力保健行为与视力下降率。结果实验组眼保健行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组视力保健知识的认知程度评分高于对照组,户外活动时间和眼保健操时间均长于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组视力下降率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院-学校-家庭相结合的眼保健模式在小学生中的应用可优化眼保健行为与视力保健行为,降低视力下降率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of hospital-school-family integrated eye care model on the visual health level of primary school students.Methods A total of 84 children who underwent eye examination in Shanghe County People’s Hospital from June 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(n=42)and the experimental group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional health knowledge explanation mode,and the experimental group adopted the hospital-school-family integrated eye care model.Eye care behavior,vision care behavior and vision decline rate were compared between the two groups.Results The eye health behavior of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive score of visual care knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the outdoor activity time and eye exercise time in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The vision decline rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital-school-family integrated eye care model in primary school students can optimize eye care behavior and vision care behavior and reduce the rate of vision decline,which is worth promoting.
