美罗培南结合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿败血症的效果及对患儿炎症反应、免疫指标水平的影响

Effect of Meropenem combined with Gamma Globulin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis and its influence on inflammatory response and immune index levels

目的探讨美罗培南结合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿败血症的效果及对患儿炎症反应、免疫指标水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2022年8月徐州医科大学附属医院儿科收治的122例败血症新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各61例。对照组采用美罗培南治疗,观察组采用美罗培南结合丙种球蛋白治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症反应指标及免疫指标水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白G及免疫球蛋白A水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美罗培南结合丙种球蛋白治疗新生儿败血症的临床效果较好,可增强机体免疫功能、改善炎症反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Meropenem combined with Gamma Globulin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis and its influence on inflammatory response and immune index levels.Methods A total of 122 neonates with sepsis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Meropenem,and the observation group was treated with Meropenem combined with Gamma Globulin.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory response indexes and immune indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Meropenem combined with Gamma Globulin has good clinical effect in the treatment of neonatal sepsis,which can enhance immune function and improve inflammatory response,and is worth popularizing and ap plying.
