多功能弱视综合治疗仪对小儿屈光不正性弱视患儿眼调节功能、矫正视力以及屈光度的影响

摘要 目的探讨多功能弱视综合治疗仪对小儿屈光不正性弱视患儿眼调节功能、矫正视力以及屈光度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月于临沂市中心医院治疗的100例屈光不正性弱视患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规矫正干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用多功能弱视综合治疗仪。比较两组眼调节功能、矫正视力及屈光度。结果治疗后,观察组调节幅度、调节滞后量、调节灵敏度、矫正视力及屈光度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多功能弱视综合治疗仪可有效改善屈光不正性弱视患儿的眼调节功能、矫正视力及屈光度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument on eye adjustment function,corrected visual acuity and diopter in children with ametropic amblyopia.Methods A total of 100 children with ametropic amblyopia treated in Linyi Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine correction intervention,and the observation group was treated with multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The adjustment function,corrected visual acuity and diopter of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the adjustment amplitude,adjustment lag,adjustment sensitivity,corrected visual acuity and diopter of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional amblyopia comprehensive therapeutic instrument can effectively improve the eye adjustment function,correct visual acuity and diopter of children with ametropic am blyopia,and is worthy of clinical application.
