感觉统合康复训练在孤独症患儿中的应用

Application of sensory integration rehabilitation training in children with autism

目的探讨感觉统合康复训练在孤独症患儿中的应用。方法选取2021年7月至2022年9月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的80例孤独症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用感觉统合康复训练。比较两组治疗效果、感觉统合能力及孤独症核心症状。结果观察组儿童孤独症评定量表评分、孤独症治疗评估量表评分均低于对照组,感觉统合评估量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组存在兴趣狭窄、社会交流障碍、刻板行为的占比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孤独症患儿应用感觉统合康复训练的治疗效果较好,可有效提高患儿的感觉统合能力、改善临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of sensory integration rehabilitation training in children with autism.Methods A total of 80 children with autism admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received sensory integration rehabilitation training based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,sensory integration and core symptoms of autism were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of childhood autism rating scale and autism treatment evaluation checklist in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the score of sensory integration assessment scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of narrow interest,social communication disorder and rigid behavior in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sensory integration rehabilitation training in children with autism has a good therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the children’s sensory integration ability and improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application.
