产科系统化孕产期保健的应用效果

Application effect of systematic maternal health care in obstetrics

目的探讨产科系统化孕产期保健的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月在高唐县妇幼保健院产检及分娩的300例孕产妇为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为参照组(150例,常规孕产期保健干预)、研究组(150例,产科系统化孕产期保健干预)。比较两组应用效果。结果研究组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组孕产期保健知识掌握评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组产前检查率、孕早期检查率及自然分娩率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论产科系统化孕产期保健的应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the application effect of systematic maternal health care in obstetrics.Methods A total of 300 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination and delivered in Gaotang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the reference group(150 cases,routine maternal health intervention)and the study group(150 cases,systematic maternal health care in obstetrics intervention)according to random envelope method.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The score of maternal health knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The prenatal examination rate,early pregnancy examination rate and natural delivery rate of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of systematic maternal health care in obstetrics department is better.
