盐酸氨溴索不同给药方式治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of different administration modes of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia

目的比较盐酸氨溴索不同给药方式治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月济南市莱芜区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的120例肺炎患儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为A组(40例)、B组(40例)、C组(40例)。A组采用常规治疗,B组在常规治疗的基础上雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索,C组在常规治疗的基础上口服盐酸氨溴索。比较不同给药方式的治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率方面,B组>C组>A组(P<0.017)。在症状消失时间方面,B组<C组<A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎,不同的给药方式均可起到显著效果,雾化吸入治疗能提高临床疗效,缩短症状消失时间,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia by different administration modes.Methods A total of 120 children with pneumonia in Jinan Laiwu District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into group A(40 cases),group B(40 cases)and group C(40 cases)by the random number table method.The group A received conventional treatment,the group B received the treatment with atomized inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride based on conventional treatment,and the group C received the treatment with Ambroxol Hydrochloride orally based on conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects of different administration modes were compared.Results In terms of total effective rate,group B>group C>group A(P<0.017).In terms of symptom resolution time,group B<group C<group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with Ambroxol Hydrochloride,different administration modes can play significant effects.The atomized inhalation treatment can improve clinical efficacy and shorten the time of symptom resolution,with high clinical value and is worth promoting.
