摘要 目的探讨互动式健康教育在学龄期支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的90例学龄期支气管哮喘患儿,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和试验组,每组各45例。对照组给予传统护理干预,试验组给予互动式健康教育干预,比较两组护理效果。结果干预后试验组疾病认知、用药认知水平高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后试验组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总遵医行为率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论互动式健康教育在学龄期支气管哮喘患儿中应用效果较好,可提升健康认知,改善肺功能,提高遵医行为率。 Objective To investigate the application effect of interactive health education in school-age children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 90 school-age children with bronchial asthma admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to A ugust 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given interactive health education intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the disease cognition and medication cognition levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance behavior rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education has a good application effect in school-age children with bronchial asthma,which can improve health cognition,lung function and compliance behavior rate.
