护患沟通技巧及健康教育在妇科门诊护理工作中的应用

Application of nurse-patient communication skills and health education in gynecological outpatient nursing work

目的讨论护患沟通技巧及健康教育在妇科门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择2021年9月至2022年9月在枣庄市山亭区人民医院妇科门诊就诊的52例妇科疾病患者,依照随机信封法分为对照组和研究组,各26例。对照组行常规护理,研究组基于常规护理采用护患沟通技巧及健康教育,对比两组患者焦虑和抑郁情绪评分、护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者焦虑评分和抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者焦虑评分和抑郁评分相较于护理前均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理总满意度为96.15%,高于对照组的65.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技巧及健康教育在妇科门诊护理工作中的应用效果显著,可有效缓解患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,具有推广价值。

Objective To discuss the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills and health education in gynecological outpatient nursing work.Methods A total of 52 patients with gynecological diseases who visited the Gynecology Clinic of Zaozhuang Shanting District People’s Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the randomized envelope method,with 26 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group used nursepatient communication skills and health education based on routine nursing care.The anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction of patients between the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 96.15%,which was higher than 65.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nurse-patient communication skills and health education in gynecological outpatient nursing work is significant,which can effectively alleviate patient anxiety and depression,improve nursing satisfaction,with promotion value.
