布地奈德混悬液联合马来酸氯苯那敏治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

Effect Observation of Budesonide Suspension Combined with Chlorphenamine Maleate in Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:分析布地奈德混悬液联合马来酸氯苯那敏治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月鄄城县人民医院收治的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合马来酸氯苯那敏治疗。比较两组肺功能、炎性因子水平、咳嗽症状评分、睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,研究组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流速峰值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-5水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组日间、夜间咳嗽症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德混悬液联合马来酸氯苯那敏治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果显著,能有效改善患者肺功能,缓解炎性反应及临床症状,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of budesonide suspension combined with chlorphenamine maleate in treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cough variant asthma treated in Juancheng County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with budesonide suspension atomization inhalation and chlorphenamine maleate.The lung function,levels of inflammatory factors,cough symptom score,and sleep quality in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of C-reactive protein and interleukin-5 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-10 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daytime and nighttime cough symptom scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of budesonide suspension and chlorphenamine maleate has a significant effect in the treatment of cough variant asthma,it can effectively improve lung function,relieve inflammatory reactions and clinical symptoms,and improve sleep quality.
