伽玛刀治疗脑软化灶相关难治性癫痫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Gamma Knife in Treatment of Refractory Epilepsy Associated with Encephalomalacia Foci

目的:分析伽玛刀治疗脑软化灶相关难治性癫痫的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年1月山东省戴庄医院收治的40例脑软化灶相关难治性癫痫患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用伽玛刀治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、并发症发生情况、术后满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。观察组恶心呕吐、四肢障碍、意识障碍缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组记忆力下降、多器官损伤、精神心理障碍发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:伽玛刀治疗脑软化灶相关难治性癫痫的效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,减少并发症,提高术后满意度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of gamma knife in the treatment of refractory epilepsy associated with encephalomalacia foci.Methods:Forty patients with refractory epilepsy associated with encephalomalacia foci admitted to Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and the observation group was treated with gamma knife on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,symptom relief time,complications,postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).The relief time of nausea and vomiting,limb disorders and consciousness disorders in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of memory loss,multi-organ injury and mental and psychological disorders in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:Gamma knife has a significant effect in the treatment of refractory epilepsy associated with encephalomalacia foci,which can effective relieve clinical symptoms,reduce complications and improve postoperative satisfaction.
