经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术在腹股沟疝患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Transabdominal Preperitoneal Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair in Patients with Inguinal Hernia

目的:研讨经腹腹膜前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术(TAPP)在腹股沟疝患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年9月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的腹股沟疝患者106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组行传统开放疝修补术,观察组行TAPP治疗。比较两组术后基本指标、疼痛程度、腹壁切口满意度。结果:观察组术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6、24 h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹壁切口总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:对腹股沟疝患者行TAPP治疗,能够加快预后恢复,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高腹壁切口满意度,整体手术效果更为理想。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of transabdominal preperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair(TAPP)in patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 106 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open hernia repair,and the observation group was treated with TAPP.The postoperative basic index,pain degree and abdominal wall incision satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of postoperative exhaust,postoperative ambulation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 and 24 h after surgery,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of abdominal wall incision in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:TAPP treatment for inguinal hernia patients can accelerate the recovery of prognosis,relieve the degree of postoperative pain,and improve the satisfaction of abdominal wall incision,the overall surgical effect is more ideal.
