乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Modified Wumei Decoction Combined with Metformin Hydrochloride in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月曹县县立医院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,研究组给予乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平、胰岛功能。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗3个月后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数水平低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,两组胰岛素β细胞功能水平高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病患者采用乌梅汤加减联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗效果显著,可降低患者血糖水平,改善胰岛功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Wumei Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Caoxian County Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride and the study group was treated with modified Wumei Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride.The treatment effect,blood glucose levels and pancreatic islet function were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After 3 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the levels of insulinβcell function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of modified Wumei Decoction combined with metformin hydrochloride in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,which can reduce the blood glucose levels and improve the pancreatic islet function.
