筋骨并重推拿手法治疗膝骨关节炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Massage Manipulation of Emphasis on Both Sinews and Bones in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨筋骨并重推拿手法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:选取2018年10月—2021年10月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院收治的KOA患者102例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各51例。对照组采用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用治疗,治疗组采用筋骨并重推拿手法治疗。比较两组西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、疼痛程度及胫股关节间隙。结果:治疗后,治疗组疼痛程度、僵硬程度、关节功能评分及总评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗组胫股关节内、外侧间隙大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:筋骨并重推拿手法能显著改善KOA患者膝关节活动度和疼痛感,增大胫股关节间隙。

Objective:To explore the effect of massage manipulation of emphasis on both sinews and bones in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 102 patients with KOA admitted to the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Capital Medical University from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel for external use,and the treatment group was treated with massage manipulation of emphasis on both sinews and bones.The score of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),pain degree and tibiofemoral joint space were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the degree of pain,stiffness,and joint function score and total score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001).The medial and lateral spaces of the tibiofemoral joint in the treatment group were larger than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001).Conclusion:The massage manipulation of emphasis on both sinews and bones can significantly improve the range of motion and pain of knee joints in patients with KOA,and increase the tibiofemoral joint space.
