摘要 目的:探讨CT三维重建技术在复杂性四肢创伤性骨折诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月雷山县人民医院收治的复杂性四肢创伤性骨折患者70例作为研究对象,均采用X线检查和CT三维重建技术进行诊断,比较X线与CT三维重建技术对不同类型骨折诊断的总准确率、对骨折复位及内固定质量的评估效果。结果:CT三维重建技术对肘关节骨折、腕关节骨折、Colles骨折、髋关节骨折、胫骨平台骨折、尺桡骨骨干双骨折、桡骨远端骨折及总体的诊断准确率高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。X线与CT三维重建技术对骨折内固定质量的评估效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT三维重建技术对骨折复位的评估效果优于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT三维重建技术对复杂性四肢创伤性骨折的诊断准确率较高,能够更好地评估手术效果,值得临床应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in diagnosing complex limb traumatic fractures.Methods:A total of 70 patients with complex limb traumatic fractures admitted to Leishan County People's Hospital between January 2021 and January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Diagnosis was conducted using X-ray examination and CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique.The overall accuracy of X-ray examination and CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of different types of fractures,and the evaluation effect on the quality of fracture reduction and internal fixation were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique for elbow joint fracture,wrist joint fracture,Colles fracture,hip joint fracture,tibial plateau fracture,double fracture of shafts of ulna and radius,and distal radius fracture and the overall diagnostic accuracy were higher than those of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between X-ray and CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in terms of the evaluation effect on fracture internal fixation quality(P>0.05).The evaluation effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique on fracture reduction was better than that of X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique has a high accuracy in diagnosing complex limb traumatic fractures,and can better assess the surgical effect,and it deserves clinical application.
