摘要
薄膜产品的拉伸性能是质量监管部门产品监督检查中的重要质量考核点,但目前并没有可以便携的小型精密拉伸测试仪器用于快速临检。针对这一情况,依据薄膜产品的质量概况,选择合适量程的小型部件,以PLC作为控制核心,集中在较小的主机内,并增加携行组件,以实现便携快检能力。对样机进行计量和场景模拟测试,结果表明设备精度符合1级试验机的技术要求,携行和运输也满足便携快检要求。
The tensile property of film products is an important quality assessment point in the product supervision and inspection of the quality supervision department,but there is no portable small precision tensile testing instrument for rapid temporary inspection.In view of this situation,according to the quality profile of the film products,this paper selects small parts with appropriate range,takes PLC as the control core,concentrates them in a smaller host,and adds portable components to achieve the portable and quick inspection capability.The measurement and simulation test of the prototype show that the equipment accuracy meets the technical requirements of the Level 1 testing machine,and the carrying and transportation also meet the requirements of portable and quick inspection.
