摘要
选用有证标准物质和特定的温度测量装置组成标准器组,并论证了标准器组选用的科学性,克服了长期以来对准确获取台式液体折射仪样品表面温度的难题。依据台式液体折射率测定仪的工作原理制定评估该类仪器计量性能的测量模型,并对广泛流通的7个品牌、8种型号的台式液体折射仪的计量性能做系统进行评估,结合实验结果和测量不确定度评定结果拟定了可参考的计量特性指标,为建立此类仪器的量值溯源链提供了研究基础。
In this research,certified reference materials and specific temperature measuring devices are selected to form the standard group,and the scientific nature of the standard group selection is demonstrated,which overcomes the long-term problem of accurately obtaining the surface temperature of the table type liquid refractometer sample.According to the working principle of the Bench-top Liquid Refractometers,the measurement model for evaluating the metrological performance of such instruments is developed,and the metrological performance of the widely circulated Bench-top Liquid Refractometers of 7 brands and 8 models is systematically evaluated.Combined with the test results and the measurement uncertainty evaluation results,the referential metrological characteristic indicators are developed,which provides a research basis for establishing the traceability chain of the measurement value of such instruments.
