摘要
文章针对以客户为中心的配网处置及故障自愈策略进行了优化研究。通过分析和探讨如何提高配网处置和故障自愈策略,以提升客户的满意度和服务质量,减少配网故障对客户的影响和损失。研究结果表明,通过以客户为中心的配网处置及故障自愈策略的优化,可以显著提高客户满意度,优化服务质量,并降低配网故障对客户的影响和损失。
This article conducts optimization research on customer centered distribution network disposal and fault self﹣healing strategies.By analyzing and exploring how to improve distribution network disposal and fault self﹣healing strategies,we aim to improve customer satisfaction and service quality,and reduce the impact and losses of distribution network faults on customers.The research results indicate that optimizing customer centered distribution network disposal and fault self﹣healing strategies can significantly improve customer satisfaction,optimize service quality,and reduce the impact and losses of distribution network failures on customers.
