The operation and management of small and medium﹣sized hydropower stations not only requires the operators of hydropower stations to engage in daily operation and maintenance work,but also requires the skills of employees and the on﹣site management level.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management of small and medium﹣sized hydropower stations,and puts forward scientific and feasible countermeasures.
