摘要
随着信息技术的发展,互联网和传统行业紧密地结合在一起。在“互联网+”的背景下,如何改变商业模式,提高市场份额,是企业面临的共同课题。“B2C模式”以其优势迅速成为近年来主要的商业模式之一,文章以JD和AZ两家具有代表性的企业为例,通过财务数据,探究两家企业的“B2C”商业模式并比较分析,以期为中国电商企业的发展提供借鉴。
With the development of information technology,the internet and traditional industries are closely integrated.Under the background of Internet Plus,how to change the business model to improve market share is a common topic for enterprises.Business to Customer mode has rapidly become one of the main business models in recent years due to its enormous advantages.This article takes JD and AZ,two representative enterprises for example,and explores the Business to Customer business models of the two enterprises through financial data and comparative analysis,in order to provide a reference for the development of Chinese e-commerce enterprises.
