新晋本科院校科研团队的内涵、特征、类型及建设思路

新晋本科院校占我国高校较大比例,对其科研团队进行探讨,有助于提升自身的科研能力,促进学校整体办学质量的逐步提高。该文首先对新晋本科院校科研团队进行定义,探讨其3个方面的内涵。进而讨论其8个方面的特征,并从5个方面对其进行分类。最后基于新晋本科院校科研团队的特征,以山西工程技术学院为例,提出4项团队建设的注意事项,冀希有助于新晋本科院校科研团队的建设。

Newly-established undergraduate colleges account for a large proportion of colleges and universities in China.To discuss their scientific research teams is helpful to enhance their own scientific research ability and promote the improvement of the overall university quality.Firstly,this paper defines the scientific research team of newly-established undergraduate colleges and discusses its connotation in three aspects.Furthermore,this paper discusses its eight characteristics and classifies it from five aspects.Finally,based on the characteristics of the scientific research team in newly-established undergraduate colleges,taking Shanxi Institute of Technology as an example,this paper puts forward four points for attention in team building,hoping to contribute to the construction of scientific research team in newly-established undergraduate colleges.
