Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization is born out of Marxist ecological theory,which combines the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the reality of practical research and the reality of human ecological civilization,and creatively characterizes the scientific and generalizable nature of his theory of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.The theory is endogenously embedded with the basic thinking methods of Marxist dialectical materialism,including the methods of seeking thinking and analysis,systematic thinking and contradictory thinking and analysis,which are the philosophical underpinnings and hard core.In addition,Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thoery is not only a value ontology,but also an ethical ontology and an aesthetic ontology,so it has value rationality,ethical rationality and aesthetic rationality.The theory adheres to the dialectical unity of man and nature,firmly holds a scientific view of development and ecology,and points out the right direction for the road of building socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics on the basis of triple renunciation of Western anthropocentrism,Western non anthropocentrism and green development thinking,and thus has full theoretical value and educational significance.
