共同富裕作为中国特色社会主义的独特命题,是基于中国式现代化道路的历史独特性而展开的,因此,要深刻把握共同富裕的时代意义,必须立足于中国特色社会主义的本质要求、立足于中国式现代化道路的内在规定、立足于人类社会文明发展中的新形态、立足于实现民族伟大复兴的必然要求。由于共同富裕具有主体性、现实性、动态性、系统性和实践性等时代特征,因此,必须要以党的引领、社会发展、制度创新、共创共享、开放协作来推动共同富裕,进而形成共同富裕的实践路向。

As a unique proposition of socialism with Chinese characteristics,common prosperity is based on the historical uniqueness of the Chinese path to modernization road.Therefore,to deeply grasp the significance of the era of common prosperity,we must be based on the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the internal provisions of the Chinese path to modernization road,the new forms in the development of human social civilization,and the inevitable requirements of realizing the great rejuvenation of the nation.Due to the characteristics of the times such as subjectivity,realism,dynamism,systematicity,and practicality,it is necessary to promote common prosperity with the guidance of the Party,social development,institutional innovation,co creation and sharing,and open cooperation to form a practical path for common prosperity.
