应用高阻燃气凝胶有效改善新能源机动车动力系统防火性能的探究

摘要 随着我国新能源战略的实施和新能源汽车的发展,新能源机动车逐渐进入千家万户,新能源机动车引发的车辆火灾以及车辆自燃事故也日益增多。新能源机动车一旦燃烧,短时间内即可造成较大经济损失,并威胁人们的生命安全,逐渐成为社会关注的热点问题。由于新能源机动车的动力系统主要由锂电池组和充电机构成,这些也是火灾发生的主要隐患,因此,结合新能源机动车在火灾机理、火灾荷载、烟气特性等方面的特点,制备高阻燃性气凝胶材料并将其设置在新能源机动车的动力系统部位,通过实验可知,高阻燃气凝胶能够有效降低放热连锁反应出现的概率,最大限度降低该类机车的火灾风险。 With the implementation of China's new energy strategy and the development of new energy vehicles,new energy motor vehicles are gradually entering thousands of households,due to the new energy motor vehicles caused by vehicle fires and vehicle combustion accidents are also increasing.Once a new energy motor vehicle burns,it can cause large economic losses in a short time and threaten people's life safety,which has gradually become a hot issue of social concern.As the power system of new energy motor vehicles is mainly composed of lithium battery packs and chargers,which are also the main hidden dangers of fire,therefore,combining the new energy motor vehicles in the fire mechanism,fire load,smoke characteristics and other aspects of the characteristics of the preparation of high flame retardant aerogel materials and set it in the power system of new energy motor vehicles,It can be seen through experiments that the high resistance gas gel can effectively reduce the appearance of exothermic chain reaction and minimize the fire hazard characteristics of this kind of locomotive.
