大中型医疗机构消防安全网格化管理的应用研究

我国大中型医疗机构已多年未发生重特大火灾事故,分析原因与各大中型医疗机构推广消防安全网格化管理有一定关系。在梳理消防安全网格化管理概念的基础上,介绍了我国部分大中型医疗机构目前推广的消防安全网格化管理模式。介绍了消防安全网格化管理中的“井田”式结构;资源共享,统筹调配;分片管理,全面把控等三方面的核心理念。点明了大中型医疗机构消防安全面临的问题,提出了消防安全网格化管理具备的将隐患排查工作前移、隐患防控齐抓共管和及时消除消防安全隐患或设置妥当防护措施这三方面的优势。与此同时,细致介绍了大中型医疗机构开展消防安全网格化管理的实践措施,以期为其他机构的消防安全工作提供有益帮助。

There has been no serious or major fire accident in large and medium-sized medical institutions in our country for many years.The analysis of the reasons has a certain relationship with the promotion of fire safety grid management in large and medium-sized medical institutions.On the basis of sorting out the concept of fire safety grid management,the fire safety grid management model currently promoted by some large and medium-sized medical institutions in our country is introduced.The core concepts of well-field structure in fire safety grid management;resource sharing and overall deployment;fragment management and comprehensive control are introduced.It points out the problems faced by fire safety in large and medium-sized medical institutions,and puts forward the advantages of fire safety grid management in three aspects:moving forward the investigation of hidden dangers,jointly managing the prevention and control of hidden dangers,and eliminating hidden dangers of fire safety in a timely manner or setting up appropriate protective measures.At the same time,the practical measures for large and medium-sized medical institutions to carry out fire safety grid management are introduced in detail,hoping to provide useful help for the fire safety work of other institutions.
