理实一体 虚实结合 工匠工坊——西部地区高职计算机类人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 随着中国软件业规模不断扩大,软件人才结构性矛盾日益显得突出,人才结构呈两头小、中间大的橄榄型,不仅缺乏高层次的系统分析员、项目总设计师,也缺少大量从事基础性开发的人员。因此,培养大量基础性开发人员的职业教育院校,其人才培养责任重大。本文以西部地区较为典型的内蒙古计算机行业发展为典型,探索西部地区高职计算机类人才培养“理实一体虚实结合工匠工坊”模式,并通过内蒙古电子信息职业技术学院实践证明其有效性和可复用性,为西部地区高职院校培养计算机类人才提供了范式参考。 As China’s software industry continues to grow in size,the demand for professionals in the 21st century has been investigated by the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Information Industry,the Commission for Science,Technology and Industry for National Defense,the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health,the structural contradiction of software talents is becoming more and more prominent.The talent structure is small at both ends and large in the middle.It lacks not only high-level systems analyst and project chief designers,but also a large number of people who are engaged in basic development.Therefore,the vocational education,which trains a large number of basic developers,has a great responsibility to train their talents.In particular,the economic relatively backward western regions of the vocational colleges to train computer professionals in the process is more difficult.Taking the development of computer industry in Inner Mongolia as a typical example,this paper explores the training mode of computer talents in higher vocational colleges in the west of China,which is“Integration of theory and reality,combination of virtual and reality,artisan workshop”,the practice of Inner Mongolia Electronic Information Vocational Technical College proves its effectiveness and reusability,which provides a model reference for training computer talents in higher vocational colleges in western China.
