摘要
对不同热处理态(硬态、软态)TP2铜进行不同流速的3.5%NaCl溶液冲刷腐蚀实验,测试了TP2铜的冲刷腐蚀速率,表征了冲刷腐蚀240 h后的腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物,探讨了TP2铜的冲刷腐蚀机理。结果表明,流动的腐蚀介质加快了TP2铜的腐蚀速率;在相同流速条件下腐蚀240 h后,软态TP2铜的腐蚀速率大于硬态TP2铜;高流速下TP2铜经冲刷腐蚀240 h后的表面腐蚀形貌主要呈沟壑状,形成的主要腐蚀产物为Cu_(2)O。
Experiments of erosion corrosion with 3.5%NaCl solution at different flow rates were performed for TP2 copper after different heat treatment(hard and soft states),and the erosion corrosion rates of TP2 copper were tested.The morphology and products after 240 hours of corrosion were characterized,and the mechanism of erosion and corrosion for TP2 copper was also discussed.The results show that flowing medium in corrosion test accelerates the corrosion rate of TP2 copper.The soft TP2 copper presents a higher corrosion rate,compared to hard TP2 copper,after 240 hours of corrosion at the same flow rate.And after 240 hours of erosion corrosion at a higher flow rate,TP2 copper has its surface morphology predominated by gully⁃like structure and a product of Cu_(2)O is generated after corrosion.
