运动恐惧在体外循环术后患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能和生活质量之间的中介效应

The mediating effect of kinesiophobia between cardiac rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy and quality of life in patients after extracorporeal circulation

目的探讨运动恐惧在体外循环术后患者心脏康复锻炼自我效能和生活质量之间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年1月至2022年12月在解放军总医院第一医学中心心脏大血管外科行体外循环术后的400例患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版心脏病患者运动恐惧量表、心脏康复锻炼自我效能量表和简明健康调查问卷进行调查。结果400例体外循环术后患者生活质量总分为(528.45±139.88)分。结构方程显示,运动恐惧在心脏康复锻炼自我效能和生活质量之间的中介效应,占总效应的29.71%。结论心脏康复锻炼自我效能可直接影响体外循环术后患者的生活质量,也可通过运动恐惧间接影响患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the mediating effect of kinesiophobia between cardiac rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy and quality of life in patients after extracorporeal circulation(ECC).Methods Using a convenience sampling method,400 patients discharged from the Department of Cardiac Macrovascular Surgery at the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital after ECC from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study population.The general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of the kinesiophobia scale for cardiac patients,the cardiac rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy scale and the brief health questionnaire were used to investigate.Results The total quality of life score of 400 patients after ECC was(528.45±139.88).The structural equation showed a mediating effect of kinesiophobia between cardiac rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy and quality of life,accounting for 29.71%of the total effect.Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation exercise self-efficacy can directly affect the quality of life of patients after ECC,and also indirectly affect the quality of life of patients through kinesiophobia.
