随着加速康复外科(ERAS)概念的普及,当前医疗的目标已不再局限于手术台上的安全,患者围术期的综合管理以及长期预后改善越来越被重视。白蛋白作为传统液体复苏药物之一,在心脏外科围术期多用于改善患者血液胶体渗透压。近年越来越多的研究表明,白蛋白的非胶体功能会给患者的预后带来更大的益处,将有助于通过调控机体炎症反应、保护血管、调节凝血等功能来实现预防感染、保护脏器及缩短住院时间等多种围术期ERAS目标。本文就近年来白蛋白在心脏外科患者围术期中的影响和应用展开综述。

With the popularization of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),the goal of current medical care is no longer limited to safety during surgery and comprehensive perioperative management of patients and long-term prognostic improvement are increasingly emphasized.As one of the traditional fluid resuscitation drugs,albumin is mostly used to improve patients'blood colloid osmotic pressure in the perioperative period of cardiac surgery.More and more recent studies have shown that the non-colloid function of albumin brings greater benefits to patients'prognosis and helps to achieve various perioperative ERAS goals,such as preventing infection,organs protecting,shortening hospital stay by adjusting the body inflammation,protecting vascular system and adjusting coagulation function.This article reviews the impact and application of albumin in the perioperative period in Patients underwent cardiac surgery in recent years.
