钝性胸主动脉损伤的诊断与治疗现状

尽管几十年来院前急救及医疗中心的救治水平有了很大提高,钝性胸主动脉损伤仍然是创伤患者死亡的第二大原因,仅次于颅脑损伤。目前临床上对于钝性胸主动脉损伤的诊疗仍存在许多争议,尤其是对于不同分级治疗方式的选择及手术时机的把握,本文就钝性胸主动脉损伤的损伤机制、诊断、分级、治疗等做一综述,对该疾病的临床诊疗提供参考。

Despite significant improvements in pre-hospital first aid and medical center treatment over the past few decades,blunt thoracic aortic injury remains the second leading cause of death in trauma patients,second only to craniocerebral injury.At present,there are still many disputes about the diagnosis and treatment of blunt thoracic aortic injury in clinical practice,especially for the choice of different grading treatment methods and the timing of operation.This article reviews the injury mechanism,diagnosis,grading and treatment of blunt thoracic aortic injury,and provides reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
