摘要
作为我国探索劳动教育开展的新途径,开辟小菜园在各地生根发芽,为学校、社区和实践基地等开展劳动教育实践活动提供了新的思路。在实践过程中,根据“小菜园”式劳动教育与其他学科的融合形式将其划分为单学科导向、多学科导向和全融合导向三种形式,评价方式涉及单一主体评价、家校联合评价和多元主体评价等。目前的“小菜园”式劳动教育在开展过程中存在着忽视学生生活实际、偏离学生全面发展、轻视协同育人评价、偏离劳动教育本质等问题。因此,新时代的劳动教育理应复归到培养社会主义劳动者的理论导向和实践取向,要创建注重劳动素养、坚持五育并举、创新评价方式的劳动教育。
As a new way of labor education,the little vegetable gardens have been planted in various places,providing new ideas for schools,communities and practice bases to carry out labor education activities.In practice,the labor education has been divided into three types:single subject oriented,multiple subjects oriented,and fully integrated oriented,according to its integration with other disciplines.And the evaluation methods,accordingly,include single subject evaluation,family-school joint evaluation,and multiple subjects’evaluation.The current“little vegetable garden”style labor education has some problems in its implementation,such as neglecting students’real life and their comprehensive development,neglecting collaborative education evaluation,and deviating from the essence of labor education.The labor education in the new era should return to its theoretical and practical orientation of cultivating socialist workers,and create a labor education that emphasizes the labor literacy,adheres to the simultaneous development of five ways of life,and innovates on evaluation methods.
