摘要 海绵型城市道路建设是协调城市创新发展与环境资源保护间矛盾的重要举措。通过自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化等生态措施,改变传统“快排”模式,以“生态海绵”的形式缓解城市内涝和消除黑臭水体,实现雨洪资源的渗透、蓄存、净化、利用的良好生态循环。文章以遵义市共青大道拓宽改造项目为切入点,阐述了海绵型城市道路排水防涝和雨洪资源综合利用的规划思想,并对雨洪径流生态控制措施及建设成效进行了分析,以期为类似工程提供支撑。 The construction of sponge city roads is an important measure to balance urban innovation and development with environmental resource protection.Through ecological measures such as natural retention,natural infiltration and natural purification,the traditional“fast drainage”mode is changed,and urban waterlogging is alleviated and black and odorous water bodies are eliminated through the“ecological sponge”form.This achieves a good ecological cycle of infiltration,storage,purification,and utilization of rain and flood resources.Taking the widening and renovation project of Gongqing Avenue in Zunyi City as an example,this paper explains the planning ideas of sponge city road drainage and flood prevention,as well as comprehensive utilization of rain and flood resources.It also analyzes the ecological control measures and construction effects of rain and flood runoff,in order to provide support for the construction of sponge cities.
