Brief Discussion on the Investigation and Evaluation of Mountain Torrent Disasters in Ningcheng County

突发性山洪灾害对地方经济构成巨大威胁,为了验证非工程措施项目防灾减灾效果,文章分析了宁城县山区暴雨特征及洪水特性,提出了宁城县山洪防灾减灾措施及危险区转移路线以及预警指标,宁城县小流域山洪灾害、沿河村落防洪现状等调查与评价成果,可为宁城县乡镇级和村级防灾减灾等工作提供参考。

Sudden mountain torrent disasters pose a significant threat to the local economy.In order to verify the effectiveness of non-engineering measures for disaster prevention and mitigation,this paper analyzes the characteristics of heavy rainfall and flood characteristics in the mountainous areas of Ningcheng County.It proposes disaster prevention and mitigation measures,relocation routes for high-risk areas,and early warning indicators.The investigation and evaluation of small watershed mountain torrent disasters and flood control status in riverside villages in Ningcheng County provide valuable insights for disaster prevention and mitigation efforts at the township and village levels in Ningcheng County.
