电火花线切割加工拐角误差控制方法

摘要 单向走丝电火花线切割机床采用各种拐角控制策略使塌角尺寸大幅减小,往复走丝电火花线切割目前主要是在拐角处设置简单的程序或措施以减小拐角误差。通过对电火花线切割拐角误差成因的分析,介绍了单向走丝电火花线切割拐角误差的控制方法(能量控制法、轨迹控制法、实时检测修正法与人工智能技术应用)和往复走丝电火花线切割常用的拐角误差控制方法。通过了解拐角误差的产生原因和处理方法,从而在生产实践中选择适当的方法以减小拐角误差,有助于对该问题进行进一步研究。 Unidirectional wire EDM machine tools use various corner control strategies to significantly reduce the size of collapsed corners.Currently,high-speed reciprocating wire EDM mainly sets simple programs or measures at the corners to reduce corner errors.By analyzing the causes of corner errors in unidirectional wire EDM cutting,this paper introduced the control methods for corner errors in unidirectional wire EDM cutting(including energy control method,trajectory control method,real-time detection and correction method,and artificial intelligence technology application)and common corner error control methods in reciprocating wire EDM cutting.Meanwhile,the paper tried to help understanding the causes and handling methods of corner errors,in order to select appropriate methods in production practice to reduce corner errors,which is helpful for further research on this issue.
