液中喷气烧蚀-电解复合铣削加工研究

摘要 针对放电诱导烧蚀铣削加工表面变质层较厚的缺陷,提出了液中喷气烧蚀-电解复合铣削加工方法。研究了该方法的加工机理和特点,结果表明:该加工方法可减少表面变质层,尤其是减少表面熔化凝固层的厚度;该方法适合深窄槽加工,得到的材料去除率是电火花铣削加工深窄槽时的11.8倍。针对液中喷气烧蚀-电解复合铣削加工深窄槽斜度过大的问题,提出了电极侧壁绝缘方法,进行了深径比35的深窄槽加工,加工后的深窄槽斜度为0.003,保障了深窄槽加工精度。 Aiming at the problem of thick surface metamorphic layer in EDM ablation milling,a method of gas-jetting electrochemical discharge ablation compound milling was proposed.By introducing conductive components into the medium of EDM ablation milling,the medium of"oxygen jetting in electrolyte"was used to form compound milling,so as to reduce the surface metamorphic layer,especially to reduce the thickness of the surface melting solidification layer.The machining mechanism and characteristics of gas-jetting electrochemical discharge ablation compound milling were studied,and it was found that this machining method was suitable for seal slots.The material removal rate of gas-jetting electrochemical discharge ablation compound milling was 11.8 times of that of EDM milling.In order to solve the problem of excessive inclination of seal slots in gas-jetting electrochemical discharge ablation compound milling,the side wall insulated electrode was proposed.The seal slots were processed with depth to diameter ratio of 35 and the slope of the slots after machining was 0.003,which guaranteed the machining accuracy of the seal slots.
