补肾壮筋汤对原发性骨质疏松症骨密度及骨代谢的影响

Effects of Bushen Zhuangjin oral liquid on bone mineral density and bone metabolism in primary osteoporosis

目的研究补肾壮筋汤对骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)患者骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)及骨代谢水平的影响。方法选择原发性OP患者80例,根据就诊日期单双号分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组以阿仑膦酸钠和碳酸钙D3治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补肾壮筋汤,治疗3个月后比较2组患者总有效率、临床症状评分,并采用双能X线吸收法测定腰椎1-4(L1-4)、全髋和股骨颈BMD,以及采用ELISA法测定血清骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)、Ⅰ型原胶原N-端前肽(procollagen typeⅠN-peptide,P1NP)和Ⅰ型胶原C-末端肽交联(serum C-terminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen,S-CTX)水平。结果对照组和观察组患者总有效率分别为80%、95%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者临床症状评分均显著下降(P<0.001);L1-4、髋部和股骨颈BMD均显著增加(P<0.05);OC、BALP和P1NP水平升高(P<0.05),S-CTX水平降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者上述指标除PINP外均较对照组改变更为显著(P<0.05)。结论补肾壮筋汤能有效缓解OP患者临床症状、增加中轴骨BMD、改善骨代谢。

Objective To study the effects of Bushen Zhuangjin oral liquid on bone mineral density(BMD)and bone metabolism in the patients with osteoporosis(OP).Methods 80 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd or even number of clinical visits.The control group was orally treated with alendronate sodium and calcium carbonate D3,while the observation group was supplemented with Bushen Zhuangjin oral liquid on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the total effective rate,clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared between the 2 groups.Bone mineral density of lumbar 1⁃4(L1⁃4),hip and femoral neck were detected by dualenergy X⁃ray absorption method.The levels of serum osteocalcin(OC),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),procollagen type I N-peptide(P1NP),serum C⁃terminal telopeptide type I collagen(S⁃CTX)were determined by ELISA method.Results The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 80%and 95%respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms scores of the 2 groups all significantly decreased.Following treatment,the scores or levels of L1⁃4,hip and femoral neck and BMD,as well as OC,BALP and P1NP in both groups all significantly increased.However,the S⁃CTX level decreased(P<0.05).The changes of the above indexes in the observation group were more obvious than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Zhuangjin oral liquid could effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,increase axial bone BMD and improve bone metabolism in the patients with OP.
