一种航天员用舱外工具的人机工效学设计

摘要 该文根据中国空间站建造阶段某项出舱活动任务需求,设计了一种专用舱外工具。工具设计过程中,充分考虑了功能需求、设备布局以及空间站舱外人机工效学设计要求,并重点对防漂设计、操作尺寸分析、操作力分析、界面安全性、指示标识和到位反馈、单手操作适应性等方面进行了分析。该工具研制完成后,顺利通过了航天员人机工效学评价。 The Chinese space station has begun on orbit construction,and a special extravehicular tool has been designed according to the mission requirements of an extravehicular activity.In the process of tool design,the functional requirements,equipment layout and space station extravehicular ergonomic design requirements were fully considered,and the anti drift design,operation dimension analysis,operation force analysis,interface safety,indication signs and in place feedback,single hand operation adaptability and other aspects were analyzed.After the development of the tool,it passed the aerospace staff effectiveness evaluation.
