摘要
针对输电线路工程施工现场张力场导线接头的压接需求,提出一种具备导线压接功能的液压张力机设计方案,该方案在现成的液压张力机动力和液压系统上增加了一个增压系统,以实现现场导线的压接工作。文中重点对导线压接功能的技术原理及实现方式进行阐述,并通过工程应用验证了该液压张力机在导线压接作业中的技术性能。该设备解决了张力场作业设备数量繁多的问题,对提高压接效率、保障压接质量、降低现场安全风险有重要意义。
Aiming at the crimping needs of tension field conductor joints at the construction site of transmission line engineering,a design scheme for the hydraulic tension machine with wire crimping function is proposed in this paper.Based on the ready-made power and hydraulic system of the hydraulic tension machine,the on-site wire crimping work is realized by adding a pressurization system.The technical principle and implementation mode of the wire crimping function are mainly expounded,and the technical performance of the hydraulic tension machine for wire crimping is verified through engineering applications.The equipment solves problem of the large number of operation equipment in the tension field,which is of great significance for improving the crimping efficiency,ensuring the crimping quality and reducing the on-site safety risks.
