摘要
大组件技术换流阀饱和电抗器作用十分重要,但某些技术路线的饱和电抗器结构复杂、分支水管和分支电缆较多,容易出现故障。该文对某电抗器金属水管磨损故障进行了分析,并通过与其它技术路线的电抗器的对比,认为此电抗器设计存在不合理之处,因而造成了电缆和水管产生接触磨损,并最终提出电抗器重新布线、减少冗余长度、更换阻尼电阻的解决方案。性能试验和带电运行试验结果表明:改进后的电抗器性能良好,能够解决金属水管振动磨损导致的漏水问题。
The saturable reactor of large component converter valve plays an important role,but some kinds of reactor are complex in structure with many branch water pipes and branch cables,which are prone to failure.In this paper,according to fault analysis on the vibration wear of the metal water-pipe,and compared with the reactors of other technical routes,it is assumed that design of reactor is unreasonable,resulting in the contact abrasion between cables and water pipes;then,the solution of rewiring,reducing the redundant length and replacing the damping resistance is put forward.The results of performance tests and live running tests show that the improved reactor has good performance and could solve the problem of water leakage caused by vibration of the metal water pipes.
